Impact Project Manager

We are currently looking for an Impact Project Manager to assist the impact team on this mission. Reporting to the Senior Engagement Manager, the Impact Project Manager will come armed with passion and a change the world mindset. Core to this role will be the running of the business Impact Mission which will be focusing on the education system at a systemic level. You will be ready to get your hands dirty, go out into the community, relate to the community on their level and at the same time remember that the aim is to give them an experience that is out of this world. Duties
Your daily adventures will include:
- Working with the Project Owner to define project requirements in order to meet the strategic objectives related to 10000kids
- Seeing each project through from start to finish
- Manage all elements of the project execution including logistics coordination and planning for various impact driven charity drives.
- When a project is concluded, looking at the project in its entirety and identifying the impact of it
- Identify what needs to be in place after an event to ensure the impact is measurable (surveys / conversations / round table talks)
- Capturing the data and the impact it made and reporting on it in the form of some sort of a dashboard
- Engaging with people and sponsors, in a passionate manner
- Visualize the impact of the projects and strategize ways of how to increase it
- Creating consistency across all projects
- Managing various groups of the business consultants working on different projects
- Running with various projects and communicating with partners
- Understanding the strategic and tactical objectives of each project and the long term impact they have
- End to end management of the process
What it takes to succeed:
- Knowledge of and the ability to engage the global community
- Experience in successfully managing long term and short-term charity social responsibility impact projects
- Familiarisation with digitisation as a general concept
- Previous experience in a similar role
- An ability to multitask
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- Energetic with a can do positive attitude
