Duties
Your Daily Adventures Will Include:
- Providing high impact Career and Personal development planning and coaching to your assigned talent pool.
- Ensuring a robust, data-driven performance management process by managing the end-to-end Performance cycle, including goal setting, feedback and, in consultation with key stakeholders, make final rating decisions.
- Managing a team of Journey AdvocatesÂ
- Executing on the Talent Management plan applicable to the assigned talent pool, including managing talent reviews, talent identification processes and coaching top talent through development and retention planning.
- Supporting Succession planning applicable to the assigned talent pool.
- Research, develop and present on industry thought leadership and relevant topics.
- Be an integral part of building highest performing teams by providing on-demand coaching and team building facilitation.
- Act as an expert advisor providing the business with valuable insights regarding the assigned talent pool that affect dependent processes e.g. promotions, contracting, client and project assignments, internal transfer requests, trend feedback on hiring practices etc.
- Ensure robust, accurate record of relevant data like ratings, development plans etc.
- Build and maintain a high level of engagement with consultant talent pools and key stakeholder teams in the broader business.
- Enjoy full remote working in a global, faced-paced, scale-up environment where anything is possible.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in HRM, Industrial Psychology or equivalent.
- 5 - 10 years experience in Human Resources Manager, HRBP, or Talent Manager roles, in a fast-paced corporate or professional services environment.
- Personality profiling and psychometrics.
- Full-cycle HR and Talent Management experience within the Accounting, Advisory and professional services industry.
- Formal Coaching training or proven ability coach and develop employees.
- Experience working remotely in a global organization with a complex matrix structure.
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to organize, analyze, and communicate data to senior stakeholders.
- Excellent commercial communication skills (written, oral, and presentation) strong listener who makes people feel understood; can be inspiring and fun while being capable of flexing to different audiences.
- Facilitation and presentation skills.
